The BCCI on Sunday announced the schedule for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, scheduled to start from March 22.
Delhi Capitals will open its campaign against Lucknow Super Giants in Vishakhapatnam on March 24.
Last season, Delhi Capitals finished sixth in the standings with 14 points in the same number of matches.
This season, Delhi Capitals made some statement buys in the auction such as KL Rahul for 14 crore and Australian pacer Mitchell Starc for 11.75 crore.
Each team will play 14 matches during the league phase, which comprises a total of 70 matches. The playoffs will be held from May 20 to May 25. Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator will take place on May 20 and 21, respectively, at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
The tournament will conclude at the iconic Eden Gardens, with Qualifier 2 and the final being held in the city of Kolkata.
