Top five Indians to look out for in mini auction
SNEH RANA
All-rounder Sneh Rana is likely the most high-profile player in the auction pool this time out. After being released by Gujarat Giants, the 30-year-old is on the look out for a team.
Rana though has a middling WPL record, having taken only six wickets in 12 games. The off-spinner though has been in good form in other formats, claiming a 10-wicket haul against South Africa in a Test match in June.
KAMALINI G
Young Tamil Nadu batter Kamalini G has emerged as one of the most in-demand players in the auction pool after her recent performance in the domestic tournaments.
The 16-year-old Kamalini was the second-top scorer in the U19 Women’s T20 Trophy with 311 runs in eight games, as she helped Tamil Nadu win the title in October. What stood out was her six-hitting ability, with the left-handed batter tallying 10 maximums in the tournament.

NANDINI KASHYAP
After earning a maiden call-up to the senior women’s national team, Nandini Kashyap is expected to attract some serious attention in the auction.
The Uttarakhand batter has been in good nick on the domestic front, emerging as the third-top-scorer of the Senior Women’s T20 Trophy 2023. Nandini continued her golden touch by topping the run tally in the Senior Women’s T20 Challenger Trophy, 2024.

Jagravi Pawar

JAGRAVI PAWAR
Right-arm medium pacer Jagravi Pawar made a huge splash at the Senior Womens T20 Trophy recently, after she joint-topped the wicket-takers list and helped Mumbai onto the title.
Her 16 wickets in 11 innings came at an economy of just 4.02, indicating Pawar’s ability to contain rival batters.

RAGHVI BIST
Another Uttarakhand batter who will be in the auction mix will be Raghvi Bist. Just like Nandini, she too earned a maiden senior national team call-up recently.
Bist has been in stirring domestic form and has managed to translate that for the ‘A’ team, scoring three consecutive ODI fifties against Australia A, away from home.
