Shivam Dube, who was part of India’s T20 World Cup-winning team in 2024, has been called up by India’s T20I side for the ongoing series against England. He is set to join the squad in Rajkot ahead of the third game.
Sportstar understands that the team management called up Dube following an injury to all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy. Dube, who featured in Mumbai’s Ranji Trophy outing against Jammu and Kashmir, scored a duck in both innings.
Dube missed the initial phases of the Ranji Trophy due to a back injury but returned to action for Mumbai and participated in white-ball tournaments.
