IND vs NZ, ICC Champions Trophy 2025: How much money will the winner of the final receive?

India and New Zealand will square off in the final of the ICC Champions Trophy at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday.

The winner of the contest, apart from the trophy, will receive $2.24 million (Rs. 19.45 crore), while the runner-up will be awarded $1.12 million (Rs. 9.72 crore).

Australia and South Africa, the losing semifinalists, will receive $560,000 (Rs. 4.86 crore) each. Teams finishing fifth and sixth, Afghanistan and Bangladesh, will collect $350,000 (Rs. 3.04 crore) each, while seventh and eighth-placed Pakistan and England will earn $140,000 (Rs. 1.21 crore) apiece.

Moreover, each win in the group stage of the tournament is worth more than $34,000 (Rs. 29.5 lakh), and every participating team is assured of taking home $125,000 (Rs. 1.08 crore).

The total prize pool of the 2025 Champions Trophy is worth $6.9 million (Rs. 59.9 crore), a whopping 53 per cent increase from the 2017 edition of the tournament.
