Sunny Deol made a phenomenal comeback in 2023 with Gadar 2: The Katha Continues. Directed by Anil Sharma and also starring Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma, the movie was a sequel to the 2001 blockbuster Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. After the 2023 movie, there has been keen anticipation for Sunny’s next.
Sunny Deol vs Sunny Deol: Jaat and Bhaiyaji Superhit to hit theatres on the same day
The wait for the actor’s fans will finally be over on April 10 when he will be seen in the action thriller Jaat. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, the film also stars Randeep Hooda, Regena Cassandraa, Viineet Kumar Siingh and Saiyami Kher. The trailer of the movie, which was released last week, has succeeded in creating a bang among Sunny’s fans.
However, Jaat isn’t the only Sunny movie releasing on April 10. The actor is all set to provide a double dose on that date as his 2018 movie Bhaiyaji Superhit will be re-releasing in theatres on the same day date. This will be a rare occasion when an actor’s latest and old film will be hitting the theatres on the same day. Interestingly, Sunny plays a double role in Bhaiyaji Superhit. Hence, on a lighter note, the audience will get to see three Sunny Deols in one day.
Presented by Om Shanti Creations and Hanwant Khatri, Bhaiyaji Superhit is produced by Mahendra Dhariwal under the banner of Metro Movies Productions. Sharing his excitement at the film’s re-release, Dhariwal said, “This project is incredibly special as it brings together a stellar cast and an action-packed storyline that will keep audiences entertained. With Sunny Deol in a double role, we are set to deliver a cinematic experience like never before.”
Bhaiyaji Superhit also stars Preity Zinta, Arshad Warsi, Ameesha Patel, Shreyas Talpade, Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjay Mishra, Jaideep Ahlawat, Raftaar, Vijay Raaz, and Manoj Joshi.
