Veer Pahariya made his debut in Sky Force, sharing screen space with Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan, and Nimrat Kaur. His song ‘Rang’ from the film became an overnight sensation, featuring his signature one-leg hook step.
Farah Khan Kunder joins Veer Pahariya for his iconic one-leg hook step
Joining the trend, choreographer-director Farah Khan Kunder shared a video on Instagram, doing the one-leg dance with a group of people. Soon, Veer Pahariya joined her, and together they performed the iconic moves. The clip wrapped up with the two exchanging a warm hug.
In the caption, she humorously wrote, “Iv been dying to do this step ever since i saw @veerpahariya doing it ! Agar kisi cheez ko dil se maango..(pls remember im 60 now)”.
Reacting to the post, producer Afeefa Nadiadwala Sayed wrote, “By mistake u have put zero 60 instead of putting 1 before. Sweet 16”. Rasha Thadani commented , “Too Cool”.
Veer, who faced online trolling for his signature move, shared with Hauterrfly that he took the criticism in stride, saying, “I love it; I live for it. My whole life, I’ve looked up to actors who get trolled and have lookalikes, and they become memes. I’ve become a meme — can you imagine? I’m immortalised with this dance. Who knew me 20 days ago? Now if I do langdi here, they will recognise me.”
Veer Pahariya also shared that he has several exciting projects planned, not just for this year but for the next too.
