Smriti Mandhana improved one spot and moved to second in the ICC Women’s ODI batting rankings on Tuesday.
Mandhana surpassed Nat Sciver-Brunt and is now just 11 rating points behind number one batter, Laura Wolvaardt who has 738 points.
India’s star opening batter had a memorable Tri-series against Sri Lanka and South Africa where she amassed 264 runs including a century in the final.

The updated rankings also took Jemimah Rodrigues five spot up to 15th. Sri Lanka’s Chamari Athapaththu continues remain in the top 10 rankings, now two positions up to joint-seventh with Beth Mooney.
Meanwhile Sophie Ecclestone of England continues to lead the bowling charts while Australia’s Ash Gardner maintains her place as the No.1 ranked all-rounder in ODI cricket.
