The Asus Chromebook CX14 was launched in India on Thursday, nearly two months after its debut in the global markets. The laptop comes with a 14-inch full HD+ IPS display and a 180-degree “lay-flat” hinge design. It is powered by the Intel Celeron Processor N4500, which is complemented by 8GB of RAM and eMMC onboard storage. Asus claims the Chromebook CX14 has MIL-STD-810H US military standard certification for durability, along with a Titan C security chip developed by Google.

Asus Chromebook CX14 price in India begins at Rs. 18,990 for the model with a TN (Twisted Nematic) LCD screen. The IPS variant of Chromebook CX14 is priced at Rs. 20,990. It is available for purchase via Flipkart and will also be offered through Amazon soon.
Buyers also get complimentary 100GB of Google Cloud storage on Asus Chromebook CX14 purchases.

The Asus Chromebook CX14 sports a 14.0-inch full HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) TN/ IPS screen with up to 300 nits peak brightness and 45 percent coverage of the NTSC colour gamut. The laptop is powered by an Intel Celeron Processor N4500, paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of eMMC onboard storage.
Asus has equipped it with MIL-STD-810H US military standard certification for improved durability and a Titan C security chip, which prevents unauthorised access and provides protection against cyber threats. The laptop also gets a full-sized Chiclet keyboard with 1.35mm key travel.
Connectivity options on the Asus Chromebook CX14 include Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4. In terms of I/O ports, the laptop features a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port with DisplayPort 1.2 support, HDMI 1.4, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a Kensington Lock.
The laptop measures 324.5 x 214.4 x 17 mm in terms of dimensions and weighs 1.39 kg. It has dual 2W speakers with integrated dual microphones and Google Assistant support. The Chromebook CX14 is backed by a 42Wh battery and ships with a USB Type-C AC adapter.
