Australia’s Steve Smith broke the record for scoring the most runs in Tests by a visiting batter at Lord’s Cricket Ground during the opening day of the World Test Championship (WTC) final against South Africa.
Smith went past Australian Warren Bardsley’s tally of 575 runs at the Home of Cricket to achieve the feat. During his half-century, he also surpassed legendary batter Don Bradman, who had amassed 551 runs in eight innings at Lord’s.
